Frostings & Fillings
Buttercream- Our most popular icing made with real butter, pure vanilla, milk and sugar.
Rolled Fondant- A versatile covering for any cake, adds a touch of elegance to layer cakes and gives 3D & custom cakes a finished look.
Cream Cheese Icing- The perfect compliment to our Red Velvet & Tropical Carrot Cake. Premium cream cheese is whipped with a bit of cream, sugar and just the right amount of vanilla.
Fresh Whipped Cream- 100% real dairy whipped cream that is lightly sweetened and flavored with pure vanilla.
Chocolate Dream Buttercream- Our classic buttercream with imported Callebaut Chocolate from Belgium.
Rich Fudge Icing- A thick and glossy fudge icing, dark and smooth. We make this icing with two types of chocolate and fresh butter. Great as a filling or frosting.
Peanut Butter Frosting- A fluffy peanut butter frosting that is similar to our buttercream with the addition of real peanut butter. This is a favorite paired with our Signature Devils Food Cake.
Cookies & Cream Frosting- We add finely chopped oreos to our buttercream. Tastes just like a milkshake!
Chocolate Ganache- A classic combination of real semi-sweet chocolate and cream. Silky and rich, this is the perfect filling for any of our cakes.
Chocolate Mousse (f)- A classic, slightly sweet chocolate mousse; perfectly light and smooth.
Seasonal Fruits (f)- Fresh raspberries and strawberries make a wonderful filling for our pound cake, paired with either buttercream or fresh whipped cream.

Oatmeal Craisin- A spin on the classic. A chewy oatmeal cookie with dried cranberries and raisins.
Classic Chocolate Chip- An American classic, chewy with generous amounts of chocolate chips.
Fudge Brownies- An intense chocolate flavor with a dense texture and chocolate chunks.
Espresso Almond Bars- A chewy brown sugar blondie. Flavored with real espresso & packed with toasted almonds and white chocolate.
Toasted Macadamia Nut- A chewy brown sugar cookie with chunks of toasted macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
Monster Cookie- A chewy peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal cookie, studded with milk chocolate and M&M’s.
Snickerdoodle- A chewy brown sugar cookie, smothered with cinnamon sugar.
Classic Sugar- A classic sugar cookie, rich with butter and a hint of vanilla.
White Chocolate Cranberry Biscotti- A vanilla biscotti with hints of lemon essence, studded with cranberries and white chocolate.
Chocolate Fudge Almond Biscotti- A dark chocolate biscotti studded with toasted almonds and dark chocolate chunks.
Pumpkin Spice Biscotti- A warm fall flavor with real pumpkin, cranberries and toasted pumpkin seeds. Spiced to perfection.
Toasted Almond Biscotti- A classic almond favored biscotti with a hint of vanilla and a generous amount of toasted almonds.
Italian Butter Cookies-Traditional piped Italian butter cookies with a tender bite and a hint of orange essence. Varieties include rainbow sprinkle, raspberry jelly filled, chocolate dipped, white chocolate drop and almond.
Black & White Cookie- Our take on a New York City classic. A cake-like buttermilk cookie frosted with poured vanilla and dark chocolate icings.
Cranberry Almond- A seasonal favorite. Our chewy brown sugar cookie with toasted almonds and cranberries.
Apple Cobbler- A seasonal favorite. A brown sugar oatmeal cookie with real tart apples tossed in spiced sugar then topped with crumb topping.
Old Fashioned Lemon Squares- This classic bar has a shortbread base topped with a baked lemon custard containing fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. The perfect summer treat.
Double Dark Fudge Cake- Layers of our Signature Devils Food Cake are filled and frosted with our Rich Fudge Icing. We finish this cake with chocolate adornments.
Caramelized Pear & Mascarpone Gateaux- Sponge cake is layered with caramelized pears and our mascarpone mousse. A springtime favorite!
Southern Six Layer Caramel Cake- Our version of a southern classic! We fill delicate layers of our Yellow Butter Cake with a thin layer of classic caramel icing, then generously frost the layers with even more caramel icing. A perfect balance of buttery sweetness, this cake will satisfy the caramel lover.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shortcake- Three layers of our Signature Devils Food Cake are filled with fresh strawberries and chocolate whipped cream. We cover the top layer with ganache and finish this cake with hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries.
Vanilla Bean Cheesecake- A New York style cheesecake with Madagascar vanilla beans and a shortbread crust. Our cheesecakes are silky smooth and filled with flavor.
Red Velvet Cheesecake- Layers of our delicious Vanilla Bean Cheesecake and Red Velvet Cake garnished with cream cheese icing and white chocolate curls.
Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake- Our silky Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is blended with creamy peanut butter and baked atop a soft-baked chocolate chip cookie. We finish this cheesecake with chopped peanut butter cups and a drizzling of ganache.
Cookies & Cream Cheesecake-
Our Vanilla Bean Cheesecake baked atop an Oreo crust, with Oreos baked right in! Topped off with fresh whipped cream and Oreo cookies.
Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake- Callebaut chocolate and caramelized sugar are blended into our creamy cheesecake and baked atop a chocolate cookie crust, then finished with caramel drizzle and chocolate chips.
Chocolate Mousse Cake- Our Signature Devils Food Cake layered with decadent Chocolate Mousse, enrobed in Chocolate Ganache.
Tiramisu- Our take on the traditional Italian dessert. Made with freshly brewed espresso, mascarpone cheese, dark rum, lady fingers and Belgian cocoa.
Strawberry Shortcake- A summertime classic. Our Yellow Butter Cake is layered with fresh dairy whipped cream and sweet strawberries.
Peanut Butter & Fudge Torte- Layers of our Signature Devils Food Cake filled and frosted with Peanut Butter Frosting then finished with chocolate glaze and peanut butter candies.
Mile High Mocha Cake- Three layers of our Signature Devils Food cake are filled with mocha buttercream, frosted with chocolate buttercream and then enrobed in ganache. We top this cake off with dollops of mocha buttercream and chocolate espresso beans!
Italian Cream Cake- Delicate butter cake layers filled with toasted coconut and pecans are filled and frosted with cream cheese icing. We garnish this cake with toasted pecans.
